Cancellation policy
In case of a cancellation by a participant there will be no reimbursements nor return of any already paid for values.
Do over and/or lack of attendance
If you wish to repeat a module that you attended in the last 2 years, you may do so for 50% of the standalone price of that module (subject to availability in the room).
If you miss a module you have paid for, you must notify the organization by email 15 days in advance that you will be absent. If you fail to do so, you will have to pay the full price of the module at the rate in effect on the date of participation to attend that module.
If you wish to make up a module you paid for but did not attend, you may do so for a fee of €50 (subject to room availability). This make up must occur within a maximum of 2 years from the date of the missed module. The €50 fee assumes that the person notified the organization by email 15 days in advance that they would be absent from the module they were enrolled in. If the person misses the module without notifying the organization 15 days in advance by email, they will have to pay the full standalone price of the module at the rate in effect at the time of their actual participation in future years.

Additional informations
We recommend bringing a sleeping bag or a blanket so that you are comfortable during the meditations.
