Interpersonal intelligence, commonly known as Communication, brings together the emotional, verbal and intuitive intelligences and its purpose is to understand and be understood. Although Interpersonal Intelligence is a pillar of leadership, people management and conflict management, it is rarely explored in its practical essence in our society’s teaching institutions. We can sum up interpersonal intelligence to: “me with others and others with me”.
